Platform Role: lil.sale provides software tools enabling independent home bakers, micro-kitchens, and culinary creators to accept orders, process payments, and organize local pickup. lil.sale is not a food producer, kitchen, or restaurant, and does not prepare, inspect, or deliver food items.
Seller Responsibility: Sellers are solely responsible for compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal laws, including cottage food regulations, labeling requirements, food allergen disclosures, and sanitary handling practices.
Payments and Fees: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Platform fees are clearly itemized before order completion.
